Every engagement is custom. These six are where agents pay back fastest.
Cash & Runway
A continuously-updated view of your finances. Whenever you look, the numbers are current: cash position, AR aging, what’s shifted. No close cycles, no manual pulls.
+ your stack
Monthly Reporting
Drafts your monthly business report for investors, board, or leadership. KPIs, variance, and what’s changed are already pulled in. You edit, hit send. The agent doesn’t make claims. It surfaces what the data says.
Watches every deal. Flags when stages drift, fields are missing, or nothing has happened in seven days. Drafts the next-best message to the rep, not a generic AI summary.
+ your stack
Account Intelligence
Picks the accounts to work this week based on your scoring model, not a vendor’s. Pulls signals from LinkedIn, news, and your CRM, and surfaces them in Slack or the CRM. No new dashboard to check.
+ your stack
Attribution & ROAS
Reconciles spend, revenue, and incrementality across paid, organic, and lifecycle in real time. Then turns that data into actual marketing decisions: where to scale, where to cut, where ROAS is moving next. Not just another dashboard.
+ your stack
Content Production
Drafts content in your editorial voice using your past work as the reference. Handles brief, draft, edit, and review cycles, exactly as if your team wrote it.
+ your stack
Vendor & Contract
Tracks every vendor, renewal, and redline so you can surface a contract sixty days before auto-renewals and have time to negotiate.
+ your stack
Workflow Automation
Captures the workflows that live in someone’s head and runs them automatically. The agent handles exceptions instead of breaking on them.
+ your stack
Inbound Triage
Reads every ticket. Resolves the ones it can from your help docs, escalates the rest with context attached. Your team only sees the ones that need a human.
+ your stack
Voice of Customer
Pulls themes, churn signals, and feature requests out of every conversation. Pushes them into product and CX as a weekly digest.
+ your stack
In-Product AI Features
Builds AI features into the app your customers already use. Runs on your data and your stack, reads in your brand voice.

Agent-to-Agent Endpoints
A clean, reliable surface for the agents your customers will start sending. When their agents arrive, yours can do business with them.

Off-the-shelf SaaS. Copilot, Glean, the next vertical AI tool.
Fast to deploy, generic by design. None of these tools read your P&L, none of them know your customer, and the second the workflow gets messy a human is back in the loop. Your stack gets bigger. The work doesn’t change.
02
Build
In-house engineering, weekend Langchain, your roadmap.
You can do it. It will take a year, two senior hires, and a constant rewrite as the model layer moves. Most teams that try this lose more in opportunity cost than they save on consultants. The ones that succeed usually wish they hadn’t.
03
Outsource
McKinsey, Accenture, the hourly bill, the deck.
You get a strategy memo and a workshop. The Slack channel goes quiet around week six. Nothing ships. The internal sponsor moves on. You buy a SaaS tool the next quarter and the cycle repeats.
04
Firia
A small embedded team. Engineers and operators, not analysts.
Our co-founders sit inside your business for a few weeks, learn how things actually work, and ship the first agent in thirty days. We charge against the savings, not the hours. If the math doesn't pencil, we say so before you sign.
Common questions
What people ask on the first call.
What does it cost?
Engagements are priced against the savings we model in session three. If we can’t show ROI worth pursuing, you don’t pay for the build.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Code, prompts, integrations. All yours, in your repo, on your infrastructure. No SaaS lock-in.
Which models?
Whatever fits the job. Claude, GPT, Gemini, or open-weights. Builds often use multiple models. We take no referral fees from any provider.
How long until something ships?
First agent in production within thirty days of kickoff. Full stack takes 60–120 days depending on integration count.
After the build?
We stay on for a quarter to tune. After that you can keep us on retainer or take it in-house. Either works for us.
How do you handle security and reliability?
Agents run inside your infrastructure with your auth and your audit trail. We partner with Oathe.ai on reliability: redteaming, prompt-injection guards, output policies, and full conversation logging. Nothing leaves your stack for a third-party database.
Your best people were hired to think. Don’t make them spend the week on work an agent could finish.
