Eligibility

The prize is for U.S. companies with at least $1 million in trailing 12-month revenue, applying through a founder, CEO or COO aged 18 or older. Other businesses can still request a strategy call; they will not be entered for the prize.

Costs and exclusions

Firia’s build and management fees are waived for the winner’s agreed package, including the workshop and 12 months of management. Your company pays approved third-party usage, software and applicable taxes.

These costs may include AI model and API usage, hosting, storage, software licenses, phone and SMS usage, and purchased data. We agree on estimated costs and spending controls before the agents go live. Firia pays for its own development and testing tools and usage.

Extra workflows, new departments and work outside the agreed package require a separate agreement. There is no automatic paid renewal at the end of the year. See the prize terms for the full scope.

The examples on the page illustrate work agents may handle. Your build and schedule depend on the workflows agreed with your company. Examples are not promises of specific results. People remain responsible for company decisions, approvals and exceptions.
