The $200K Challenge: rules
Version: 2026-09-19-2. Sponsor: Firia LLC, Wyoming. Contact: [email protected]. No purchase is required. Purchasing a service or subscribing to marketing does not improve an entrant’s score.
Eligibility and entry
The applicant must be 18 or older, be the founder, CEO or COO of a U.S.-registered operating company, and be authorized to apply. The company must have at least $1,000,000 in revenue during the 12 months before applying. Firia personnel, judges, their immediate families and companies they control are excluded.
One entry per company. Use a working email address at your company’s domain. Personal email services, including Gmail, are not accepted. A company-domain address hosted by Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is accepted. Firia may consolidate duplicate submissions into one entry. Referrals do not create additional entries or affect judging.
Submit the application, book and attend the strategy call, and follow @firia_ai using the Instagram username supplied. All requirements and eligibility must be verified before an entry is confirmed. Applicants outside the prize eligibility can request a strategy call, but are not entered for the prize. No purchase is required on or after a call.
Dates
- Applications open: September 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
- Applications close: October 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Call attendance and Instagram follow deadline: October 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Provisional selection: October 9, 2026.

All deadlines use U.S. Eastern Time. Contact [email protected] before the completion deadline if the scheduler has no suitable time or a technical issue prevents completion. Firia will record issues and provide a consistent remedy for affected applicants rather than silently disqualify them for sponsor scheduling failures.
Verification
Initial answers are self-attestations. Firia verifies email control by a response from the submitted work email, role through the live call and company records, and the Instagram follow against the supplied handle. A click on Instagram is not proof of a follow. The provisional winner must provide evidence of company registration, authority and qualifying revenue through a secure process. Redacted accountant statements or financial summaries may be used; do not send tax returns, bank access credentials or government ID through this form.
Judging
Firia scores the application and strategy call using the same rubric for each eligible company and retains a written scoring record. Each criterion receives a score from 0 to 10, multiplied by its weight.
- A clear business problem: 30%. A specific recurring workflow, its current cost and a useful outcome.
- Measurable impact: 30%. A credible baseline and a practical way to measure the result.
- Readiness to implement: 25%. An accountable owner, access to the necessary systems and time to test.
- Feasibility: 15%. A workflow Firia can safely deliver within the defined prize scope.
Ties are resolved by measurable impact, then readiness, then feasibility. If still tied, the tied companies answer the same additional workflow question, assessed against the same criteria. There is no random selection. Firia selects one provisional winner from eligible completed entries. No award is made if there are no eligible completed entries.
The prize and costs
One company receives a defined custom AI agent build, a team workshop and 12 months of operation and management for the agreed workflows. The stated service value is $200,000.
The delivery scope is up to three agreed workflows across up to five existing systems. The workshop covers workflow mapping, priorities and success measures. The build includes integrations within that scope, testing, documentation and team training. Before work begins, Firia and the winner sign a statement of work recording workflows, systems, access, acceptance tests, milestones, usage estimates and data handling. The sequence is custom to the company, not a fixed finance/support/operations timeline.
The 12-month service period begins when the winner accepts the initial production build against the written acceptance tests. Management includes monitoring, fixes, tuning and one monthly review within the agreed scope. New workflows, departments, systems and material scope expansions are excluded unless separately agreed. Firia provides documentation and an end-of-term handover. There is no automatic paid renewal. A separate delivery agreement will define licenses and ownership of deliverables; the campaign does not promise transfer of Firia’s pre-existing tools or third-party intellectual property.
Firia waives its prize build, workshop and management fees. Firia covers its own development and testing tools and usage. The winner pays only approved third-party production costs and applicable taxes, including model tokens and API calls; cloud hosting, compute, storage and backups; workflow/platform and business software subscriptions or extra seats; phone numbers, voice minutes, SMS and email delivery; purchased data, enrichment or search services; and any agreed specialist vendor licenses. Costs are billed directly by vendors where practicable, or passed through at documented cost without a Firia markup. Existing company subscriptions remain the company’s responsibility.
Before production, the parties agree on estimated usage, a monthly budget and spending limits. Firia must obtain approval for new chargeable vendors and increases above the agreed limits. Human approvals remain necessary for consequential actions. The prize does not guarantee revenue, savings, replacement of employees, unlimited use, unrestricted integrations or autonomous control of the company. Travel, hardware, legacy-system replacement, data remediation outside the agreed scope and regulated professional services are not included. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Selection and acceptance
Firia contacts the provisional winner at the verified work email on the selection date. The company has five calendar days to respond and supply the requested eligibility evidence or agree a documented verification schedule. If it is ineligible, declines or does not respond, Firia may select the next-highest-scoring eligible company using the same process. Public announcement follows verification and acceptance; any revised announcement date will be posted here.
Named case study
The winner agrees to two remote interviews of up to 30 minutes each and three brief progress check-ins during the engagement. Firia may propose a case study using the company name and logo, industry, approved workflow descriptions, approved quotes, approved screenshots and agreed before/after measures with their measurement period and limitations. Honest feedback is welcome. No positive review, recommendation or unsupported performance claim is required.
Firia sends a complete draft and assets to the company’s designated reviewer. The reviewer has five business days to flag factual errors, confidentiality concerns or requested corrections. Publication requires express written approval; silence is not approval. Delays in approval postpone publication. Personal information, customer names or records, credentials, private prompts, source data and detailed financials are excluded unless separately and specifically approved by an authorized party.
Approved material may be used on Firia’s website, organic company social accounts, company email and sales presentations for 24 months after first publication. Paid ads, third-party licensing and synthetic voice or likeness require separate written permission. Firia discloses that the company received the services through this challenge. Material edits or new performance claims require another review. Marketing subscription consent is separate from these winner-only case study obligations.
Privacy and contact
Firia uses application data to administer the challenge, verify eligibility and organize the requested strategy call. The separate optional checkbox applies only to marketing email. Declining it does not affect eligibility or judging. Application data is not automatically uploaded to advertising audiences. Read the challenge privacy notice.
Integrity and platform notice
Firia may disqualify false submissions, impersonation, duplicate entries, interference with the application process or entries that fail the published eligibility and completion requirements. Any necessary changes caused by fraud, outages or circumstances outside reasonable control will be documented here, with reasonable notice to affected applicants and consistent treatment of comparable entries.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or Funnel Hacking Live. Information is provided to Firia. To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Instagram and Meta from claims arising from the promotion.
